Employees represent the key for the success of an organization. Therefore, the right selection of employees is irreplaceable part of staffing and also a very important function of human resource management. The initial point is recruitment, to identify and attract a group of potential candidates from which will be later chosen the hired one. Here appears a question. Where should we look for the proper group of potential candidates?! We have two options, internal selection from already existing employees, or external selection from the labour market or other external environment. Both of them have its pros and cons...
