Integrating reading and speaking skills in teaching is important for development of productive mind of pupils and students, that is why teachers concern with psychology of children and young teenagers.
Psychology is science about soul (Aristoteles), consciousness (Wundt), mind (Titchener), behaviour (Watson) and about unconsciousness (Freud), it engages in psychological qualities, psychological phenomenons and psychological conditions..
The person with his biological charakter, perceptibility, mind, emotions, motivation and behaviour is natural, special integrated system, which regulate biological and cultured-social influences. Interaction of live being with surroundings, which is intermediated external (moving) and internal (psychic) activity, is reflected in behaviour. The psyche came into existence in direct dependence on development of nervous system in history of society, culture, biological development.

The development is maturing of structures and functions of undifferentiated status on high organized and specialized functional capacity. It influences qualitative marks. Means of word, written and gesticulation communication is called tongue. It is code. It phrases thoughts, feelings, images, conceptions, experiences by means of formation of words, perceptivity of words, comprehension of words in accordance with definite rules. Pronounced or written tongue is important tool of interpersonal communication.
